Parking Instructions by location:
Planned Parenthood St. Paul: 671 Vandalia St., St. Paul, MN 55114 Park on Vandalia, north of Planned Parenthood, on the east side of the street, in areas that have standard curbing and do not have signs saying “No Parking” – at least 5-ft from a driveway to avoid a $50.00 ticket. Whole Woman’s (WW) 8053 E Bloomington Fwy, Bloomington, MN 55420 Parking: WW is in the office complex on the frontage road but we may not park there. Going east on 82nd St., turn left on Emerson Ave. (2 blocks east of 35W), one of the neighborhood streets. Park toward the end of the street (close to 80 ½ St). Walk west along 80 ½ St to E. Bloomington Fwy. No parking allowed before 9 am on Fremont Ave. See the map below (Blue=parking; Light Blue=parking after 9am; Yellow=walking route; Light Green=SC stations)
Planned Parenthood Uptown Minneapolis (UpPP) 1200 Lagoon Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55408 Parking: Attendees can find free street parking on the residential streets a couple blocks north or south of Lake St. If you are driving west on Lake Street (from 35-W), turn right onto Emerson Avenue, and drive past Planned Parenthood. Park along Emerson Avenue between W 28th and W 27th street. Then you will have a relatively quieter, 1-block walk south along Emerson to the site. Do not park in the Cub Store lot if you don’t want to risk being towed, unless you plan to shop there. Lagoon Street and Emerson Avenue next to PP have metered parking at $2/hr.
