  • Sidewalk counselor’s testimony before U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee: Eleanor McCullen is a long-time sidewalk counselor and the plaintiff in a 2014 free speech case, McCullen v. Coakley, in which the U.S. Supreme Court, in a 9-0 decision, upheld the right of sidewalk counselors to talk to women freely outside of abortion centers.
