Program Director ~ St. Paul, Minn.
Pro-Life Action Ministries is seeking a passionate, organized, and mission-driven Program Director to help lead and expand our outreach, education, and advocacy efforts. This full-time leadership role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a heart for ministry, and a commitment to building a culture of life within churches and communities.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and coordinate pro-life ministry programs, events, educational initiatives, and outreach campaigns.
· Recruit, encourage, and support volunteers and community partners.
· Represent the ministry at churches, conferences, rallies, and public events.
· Build relationships with pastors, churches, community leaders, and pro-life organizations.
· Collaborate with ministry leadership to advance strategic goals and respond to emerging needs.
· Help foster a professional, Christ-centered, and mission-focused ministry environment.
What We Are Looking For
· Strong commitment to the sanctity of human life and alignment with Christian values.
· Active involvement in a local Christian church community.
· Leadership, organizational, and communication skills, including public speaking ability.
· Experience in ministry, nonprofit leadership, volunteer coordination, advocacy, or program management preferred.
· Ability to work collaboratively with diverse churches, volunteers, and community partners.
Position Details
This is a full-time exempt position that includes ministry leadership, community engagement, local travel, and participation in occasional
evening and weekend events.
