The branch office of Pro-Life Action Ministries in Central Florida, directed by Michele Herzog, has conducted “Caroling for Life” outside the abortion mills in the Orlando area for several years and often babies have been saved as women are moved by the carols to reconsider their decision to abort. This year two babies were saved from the Robbinsdale abortion center in Minnesota during our first local “Caroling for Life” event, simultaneously held at three abortion centers in the Twin Cities on December 16! A total of 85 carolers sang outside Planned Parenthood and Whole Woman’s in addition to the Robbinsdale mill.
Three abortion centers were visited by the carolers in Central Florida as well, but in that case, as in previous years, the participants traveled from mill to mill.
Twelve pro-lifers took part in “Caroling for Life” December 15 outside the Duluth abortion center. Seven escorts showed up to counter the caroling. “Six abortion-minded mothers went into the building before people began to show up for the caroling,” said Sarah Winandy of the Duluth branch. When the carolers arrived, “it was such a blessed time of praise and singing. What’s more is that the escorts got to hear our songs of praise to our Savior. We noticed the escorts standing around waiting for more abortion clients, but no more came! Praise God! Perhaps our presence and singing deterred them from coming in.”
All the leaders of our “Caroling for Life” sites agreed that these were powerful, inspiring mornings!
